New customers

Lawns near your stops. See the added drive before you bid.

Homeowners will post lawns. For each one, you'll see how many miles and minutes it adds to your cheapest day. Sending a price is free.

  1. We don't sell leads

$68 for a lead that never even read the message. No callback, no refund. That's what pros write about the lead marketplaces. Sending a price on LawnSwap is free, and we don't sell phone numbers.

  2. A lead they sold three times

Three other crews charged for the same lead on the same job. That's a separate complaint from a separate pro. It's a toll booth, not a business model. We don't sell leads.

  3. You'll see the lawn before you bid

A listing carries the homeowner's own answers about gates, hauling and hedge height, plus their lot outlined on aerial imagery when they've scanned. A recommendation you check at the curb, not a quote.

  4. A free route map. It works today.

Paste your client list and tomorrow's stops come back in order on one map. It costs nothing, and you don't have to wait for a single lawn to be posted.

Documents on file, not a badge we hand out. You upload your license and insurance and homeowners see that you did.

Stay legal

Cheap to clear. A wall for the rest.

  • The fees below are cheap. That's the bar. It's also a wall your unregistered competition can't climb.
  • Not sure which office handles what? Ask us and we'll point you to it.

City and county crew checklist

Landscape vehicle registration
$5 per truck per year, city code section 82-5
City business tax receipt
$12.05 a year for a crew of one to three people
Miami-Dade County
County business tax receipt, plus a Landscaper Permit: $236 a year and $84 per truck, county code section 15-17

City fees are the City of Coral Gables published schedule as of 3-10-2026. The county permit is Miami-Dade Solid Waste Management's Landscaper Permit page, read 10-12-2026. Check the city and county before you file, because fee schedules change.

Crew questions

Before you join.

What's your cut?

Nothing today. We'll publish full pricing before the first job books.

Do I need a scan plan to bid?

No. Bidding is free. The AI lawn scan plan is an optional tool for looking up yards you find on your own.

Who sees my bid?

Only the homeowner. Other crews never see your number, and you never see theirs.

What do I get when a homeowner picks me?

Their name and the property address, and a message thread with them on LawnSwap. You don't get their phone number or email.
