Founder and CEO
Ryan founded LawnSwap and runs it as CEO. He’s a student at the University of Miami studying AI technology and business, and he built the artificial intelligence behind the platform himself: the satellite scan, the computer vision model that measures a yard from orbit, the pricing engine that turns those measurements into a fair per-visit range, and the training loop that keeps making it sharper.
LawnSwap grew out of a simple observation. Homeowners waste hours calling around for landscaping quotes, and great landscaping companies struggle to find new clients without paying massive lead fees. Nobody had built a fair, transparent way to connect them. So he built one.
Homeowners should get honest, competitive pricing from professionals they can trust, and the companies who do great work should win it on merit. I built the AI so that price starts from a real measurement instead of a guess.

Daniel is Vice President of LawnSwap. He’s the person homeowners and crews actually talk to. He runs onboarding, keeps those relationships healthy, and makes sure a first-time user gets a real answer from a real human being.
He also pressure-tests the AI pricing tools against what crews see in the field. That feedback loop is a big part of why the estimates keep improving. When a number looks off on a real property, he usually catches it first.
