How does the scan set a price?

It measures the turf, beds, trees and pool it can see in recent aerial imagery and reads your lot lines from county records. It prices the work per visit from those measurements.

Why is it a recommendation and not a quote?

Nobody has stood in your yard yet. Imagery can be a season old, and trees hide turf. Use it to judge the bids you get. Your crew confirms the yard on the first visit.

Can I scan my lawn again?

Yes. You pay $4.99 once for a property. Running that same address again later is free.

What are sealed bids?

Each crew sends its price without seeing anyone else's. You see every bid side by side and pick one. Crews never learn what the others bid.

When do I pay for the lawn work?

Posting, comparing bids and choosing a crew cost nothing. Once visits begin, you pay per visit at the bid you chose, through LawnSwap.

What do crews pay?

$0 to join, $0 to bid and no lead fees. The AI lawn scan is an optional monthly plan for crews who want to measure a lawn before they quote it.
