Our Commitment

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities.

How We Test

Accessibility is part of our ongoing development process. Our testing approach includes:

• Automated accessibility scans using axe-core across critical pages
• Manual keyboard-only navigation reviews
• Screen reader reviews of key flows such as posting a property, browsing the marketplace, and signing in
• Color contrast and reflow checks, including at 200% zoom

Automated tools detect a portion of potential issues, so we pair them with manual review. We prioritize fixing issues that have the greatest impact on people who rely on assistive technology.

Known Limitations

Some interactive map features rely on visual presentation. Where a map-based interaction is required, we provide text- and keyboard-based alternatives such as address entry and list views. If you encounter a barrier, please let us know so we can help and improve.
